VISION BOARDS: Words & Intellect

9:15 - 10:15: Semaj Johnson, a Pellissippi Magnolia alum and Student Success Mentor, will lead a workshop on Spoken Word poetry and performance. How do you connect your life experiences with words? How can you tell the story of where you have been and understand where you want to go? Attendees will move from the internal intellect to the outer space of performance and sharing their vision with words. Semaj will share his experience as a student at PSCC prepared him for his future goals and work. 

10:15 - 11:15: All artists will facilitate an open studio and mentoring time for students to work with all community artists to create their vision boards.
